45 minute rhythmic + resistance based signature class. various tempos and resistance are the star of this class with minimal choreography, plus 2 arm tracks for a full body experience.

45 minute strength based class. full body + combo movements to achieve the full body burn! rhthmic based, but can also be taken at your own pace. stretch and mobility at the end of every class.
RIPPED: BOXING BURN IS A CARDIO + CHOREOGRAPHED SHADOWBOXING CLASS. WE FOCUS HEAVILY ON THE CORE + UPPER BODY, WHILE INCORPORATING LIGHT WEIGHTS + BRAIN COGNITIVE FUNCTION. OFFERED 1X PER WEEK EVERY WEDNESDAY MORNING.
