60 minute class is available on SATURDAYS

45 minute rhythmic + resistance based signature class. various tempos and resistance are the star of this class with minimal choreography, plus 2 arm tracks for a full body experience.

RIPPED TO THE RHYTHM
45 minute strength based class. full body + combo movements to achieve the full body burn! rhthmic based, but can also be taken at your own pace. stretch and mobility at the end of every class.
RIPPED: SLOW + LOW SCULPT - new format FOR MEMBERS ONLY! This class will focus heavily on core stability + strength with mat work, light weights + everything is to the beat of the music. Expect a full body workout, with emphasis on core sculpting + a 70-80 degree room.
